2. Guest-Initiated Cancellations
2.1 Booking Payment
After confirming, the guest must pay the deposit (if applicable) or the full booking amount before the stay begins.
2.2 Promotions and Discounts
Some bookings with promotional offers or discount codes may be non-refundable and non-modifiable. Please pay close attention before confirming your reservation.
2.3 Property-Specific Policies
Guests can view the specific cancellation and modification policy for each unit on the unit's information page in the app or on the host's website.
2.4 Cancellation Policy
Before completing the booking, guests are encouraged to review the host’s policies, including:

No-show policies
If the guest fails to check out at the scheduled time, Homa and the host reserve the right to charge an additional night’s fee from the total booking amount.
2.5 No-Show
If the guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior cancellation, Homa and the host reserve the right to deduct the full booking amount with no refund.
2.6 Reviewing or Canceling a Booking

3. Host-Initiated Cancellations
If the host cancels the booking for any reason, the guest is entitled to a full refund, regardless of the timing of the cancellation.
4. Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure such as:

Pandemics

Other uncontrollable events
Either party (guest or host) may cancel the booking without penalty.
In such cases, the guest will receive a full refund.
5. Exceptions
Some units may follow a different cancellation or modification policy than the general Homa policy.
Therefore, it is essential to review the specific policy of the property before booking.
6. Cancellation Procedure
To cancel a booking, please follow these steps:
